Senior Fund Accountant – Private Credit
Private Credit | London (hybrid) | £85,000–£95,000 base + bonus
A broad, commercial fund finance role at a leading European private credit manager built for a fund accountant who wants more than a single-silo seat.
This is a chance to step beyond pure fund accounting and work across the full breadth of the function: reporting and control, treasury, financing and fund operations, alongside the portfolio managers and deal teams. Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, it offers genuine commercial exposure and clear room to grow as the platform scales.
We are open on background. It could suit a fund accountant ready for a broader, more commercial role, an audit manager making their first move in-house, or someone a couple of years post-audit already in fund finance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
