HireForce are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant, who will be responsible for the Fund Administration of complex investment funds, to join a large fund administrator based in London. This will be an exciting time to join their finance team and have an opportunity to make an impact to the Company.

The successful candidate will be a Big 4 Qualified Accountant who speaks fluent Mandarin who has a strong background in Financial Services. Responsibilities include:

Calculate the NAV for a portfolio of complex investment funds; Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relation to trading activity as required; Review and validate the partner/shareholder allocation calculations; Liaise with clients, investors, investment managers and other stakeholders as required; Assist in managing outsourced service providers; Obtain independent third-party pricing support where needed; Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; Liaise with the fund’s auditors at year end and interim periods to ensure sufficient information is provided to facilitate the timely completion of work; Prepare allocations and letters for fund investors; Acquire or assist in new business conversions and reconciliation; Calculate and Process fees and expenses on behalf of the clients as directed by Administration Agreement and wire funds to third party service providers; Conduct quality assurance testing following defined practices and procedures and conduct testing according to standards agreed upon by the Company.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Big 4 Qualified accountant (0-2 PQE); Who speaks Fluent Mandarin A good knowledge of Excel and ideally, knowledge of fund accounting applications; Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
