Senior Fundraising Manager
Senior Supporter Services Manager
Location: London Bridge (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-person at Haig House hub)
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 12 months Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Salary: £53,381 – £54,000 per annum (inclusive of London supplement)
About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term leadership opportunity sits at a pivotal point of transformation within Supporter Services. As Senior Supporter Services Manager, you’ll act as deputy to the Head of Supporter Services, driving operational excellence while delivering a major CRM programme in Fundraising.
You’ll excel in fast-paced environments, balancing immediacy with strategic vision, ensuring continuity amid change—no small feat!

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee supporter care, income processing, fulfilment, Gift Aid, and associated activities, maintaining high standards at every touchpoint.
- Process Excellence: Strengthen and embed processes, ensuring seamless supporter journeys—connecting teams, systems, and suppliers for compliance, consistency, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Fundraising, Finance, Data & Insight, and external partners to align operational detail with strategic priorities.
- Risk & Resilience: Anticipate risks, mitigate disruption, and sustain service delivery, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Inclusive Leadership: Lead with empathy, stability, and a solutions-oriented mindset in a function central to supporter experience.

Requirements
