About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior FX Relationship Manager based in our London office, specialising in Shipping Intermediaries. You’ll manage high-volume FX payment requests, provide world-class customer service, and lead a team within Ebury’s Partnerships vertical.


What You’ll Do

  • Service a portfolio of partners and their clients using APIs, FX, and international payments.
  • Execute FX trades across multiple liquidity providers on various trading platforms.
  • Handle high volumes of requests via phone, email, and support tickets for Shipping Intermediary clients.
  • Gain deep insights into scoring, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury, and technology workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with maritime partners and internal departments.
  • Help partners expand their businesses using Ebury’s product knowledge.
  • Act as team leader, managing and mentoring Partner Relationship Associates in the Maritime/Shipping vertical.

Experience & Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Degree-level education preferred (with strong emphasis on mathematics, analytics, or legal background)
  • Proven FX knowledge:
    • Client-facing and operational FX experience
    • Finance/FX industry background in a sales or mid-office role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience (advantageous)
  • Fast learner with high attention to detail
  • Working under pressure with accuracy and efficiency
