We’re one of the world’s leading research facility in game industry, building a global knowledge tank to help our teams make better decisions. What The Role Entails
Responsibilities:
- In-depth evaluation of game projects in the European market, assessing product quality, studio capabilities, and competitive positioning to deliver high-quality analytical reports;
- Deep expertise in core European game genres, with a particular specialization in FPS; capable of independently assessing a title's fundamental strengths and challenges at any stage of development;
- Provide full-cycle tracking and coverage of key partner projects, offering professional input and directional recommendations tailored to each stage of development;
- Represent the team at major industry events and external engagements, building and sustaining professional relationships with overseas developers and publishers;
- Deliver strategically valuable genre insights and competitive landscape analyses from both a market and product perspective, informing the team's overall decision-making.
Requirements
Who We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in the games industry, with a background in game development, production, design, or publishing evaluation across console, PC, or mobile platforms; experience in the European or broader Western market strongly preferred;
- Demonstrate deep expertise in key game genres across the European market, with specialised experience and a strong understanding of the shooter genre in particular. Able to independently and professionally assess core product challenges at different stages of a project lifecycle.
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills, capable of owning the full pipeline from information gathering to actionable conclusions;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project coordination abilities, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-track work environment;
- English as primary working language; willingness to travel for overseas business trips and industry events required.
