Work Type: Full-time - Hybrid - 2-3 times a month in the office (depending on business requirements)

Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Game Producer to lead the successful delivery of engaging instant-win games across mobile and desktop platforms.

As a Senior Game Producer, you will own the complete production lifecycle, from concept and planning through development, certification, launch, and post-release support. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive execution, remove obstacles, manage timelines, and ensure every game meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, creativity, and commercial success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative ideas, and excels at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end production and delivery of assigned game titles.
  • Develop and manage production roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and release schedules aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, Animators, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to define game vision, mechanics, and feature sets.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, production schedules, and delivery plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout development.
  • Drive projects to meet agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and player behaviour to support product direction and creative decision-making.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, production reviews, stakeholder updates, and decision-making sessions to maintain project momentum.
  • Promote continuous improvement by refining production processes, workflows, and team collaboration practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
