Role: Senior Game Producer
Location: Manchester, UK
Work Type: Full-time - Hybrid - 2-3 times a month in the office (depending on business requirements)
Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Game Producer to lead the successful delivery of engaging instant-win games across mobile and desktop platforms.
As a Senior Game Producer, you will own the complete production lifecycle, from concept and planning through development, certification, launch, and post-release support. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive execution, remove obstacles, manage timelines, and ensure every game meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, creativity, and commercial success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to creative ideas, and excels at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end production and delivery of assigned game titles.
- Develop and manage production roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and release schedules aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, Animators, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to define game vision, mechanics, and feature sets.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, production schedules, and delivery plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout development.
- Drive projects to meet agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and player behaviour to support product direction and creative decision-making.
- Facilitate sprint planning, production reviews, stakeholder updates, and decision-making sessions to maintain project momentum.
- Promote continuous improvement by refining production processes, workflows, and team collaboration practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential
- Experience within iGaming, instant-win, lottery, casino, Gambling/betting games or other regulated gaming environments.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary creative and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance creative innovation with practical delivery timelines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with strong ownership of outcomes.

Desirable
- Solid understanding of modern game development pipelines, Agile methodologies, and production workflows.
- Experience managing certification, compliance, or regulated product launches.
- Familiarity with live game operations and post-launch support.
