Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer

The Role and Deliverables
- Design, build, and deploy full stack AI applications that integrate generative AI services into real-world use cases
- Develop backend services and microservices using cloud-native architectures, ensuring performance and scalability
- Build and enhance frontend interfaces that enable intuitive AI-driven user experiences
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI services into applications using API-led and event-driven approaches
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, including development, CI/CD, deployment, and ongoing optimisation
- Implement observability, monitoring, and logging to support reliable production AI systems

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong software engineering experience across both backend and frontend development
- Proven capability building production-grade applications with embedded AI functionality
- Backend development skills using Python and experience working with distributed or microservice systems
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience designing and integrating AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and deploying applications using containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with APIs, including REST and event-driven architectures
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, performance, and observability
