The opportunity:
To join an award-winning, integrated multidisciplinary consulting engineering practice, based out of the London office, working alongside circa 80 locally based colleagues, on a hybrid basis. As part of a national team of over 100 people.
Privately owned by engineers, who invest heavily in technical excellence, professional development, employee engagement, and retention. Well-established and stable team, with a diverse project sector portfolio, including residential, commercial, logistics and distribution, healthcare, education, leisure, and masterplanning, primarily in the UK, plus internationally.

The person we seek:
- You’ve gained at least five years’ experience in geotechnical design and analysis in the UK and take the geotechnical lead on projects.
- Have developed excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong geotechnical analysis and interpretive report writing skills.
- Working knowledge of geotechnical software tools such as Plaxis, GeoStudio, and Wallap.
- Comfortable leading and managing ground investigations.
- You’ll need to drive occasionally - UK driving licence is required.
- Some experience of preparing fee proposals and supporting bids is desirable.
