Senior Global Account Manager (B2B ingredients-Food/Beverage)
QLM Search is partnering with an International Ingredients Group with a Senior Global Key Account Manager vacancy
The business is a leader in providing world class ingredients solutions to major Food & Beverage Groups, as well as a market leading offering to QSR & Food Service. They require a proven Senior (Global) Key Account Manager, with a focus on QSR & Food service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong relationships with 2 Global key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Manage individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
- Collaborate with innovation/R&D/marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches

The ideal candidate will have worked in B2B Flavors/Ingredients for 10+ years and specifically have experience in the QSR sector. You will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where you have the autonomy to build world class partnerships with your customer base.
