Senior Benefits Project Manager (12-Month Contract)
Day Rate | Hybrid | EMEA Scope
£350 - £480 Per Day
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Project Manager to join their EMEA team on a 12-month day rate contract.
This is a senior-level role focused on delivering strategic and operational benefits initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance benefits policies, governance, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the EMEA Benefits team to review, redesign, and enhance benefits policies and procedures
- Lead end-to-end project management of benefits initiatives, from scoping through to implementation
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance frameworks
- Oversee financial tracking, including invoice management, cost reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Produce high-quality reporting and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
- Ensure accurate documentation of benefits plans, processes, and controls in line with compliance and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third party providers to deliver EMEA wide projects
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, governance, and reporting transparency

Key Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in Benefits, HR Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects in a matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of benefits operations and governance (EMEA exposure preferred)
- Experience managing financials, including cost tracking, invoices, and budget oversight
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with experience producing executive ready materials
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Professional qualifications in Project Management or HR
- Experience working within financial services or a global organisation
