Global Senior Brand Manager - Innovation

£65,000-£70,000 + £6,600 Car Allowance + Bonus (up to 22.5%) + 10% Pension
Maidenhead | Hybrid (3 days per week)

Before you apply…

  • Have you led FMCG innovation projects from concept through to launch?
  • Have you worked across multiple international markets?
  • Do you enjoy combining brand strategy with hands-on innovation delivery?
  • Can you work from Maidenhead three days per week?

If so, we'd like to hear from you.

The opportunity

We're recruiting a Global Senior Brand Manager to join a well-established international FMCG business during an exciting period of transformation.

This is a genuinely broad global role where you'll help shape future innovation strategy whilst leading projects from initial concept through to commercial launch. You'll work across Marketing, R&D, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Finance, influencing decisions that deliver both consumer value and commercial growth.

This is a role for someone who enjoys switching between strategic thinking and practical delivery. One day you'll be helping shape the long-term innovation pipeline, the next you'll be working through the detail of a product launch, packaging change or business case.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead global innovation projects from concept through to launch.
  • Support the development of long-term brand and innovation strategy.
  • Build commercially robust business cases for new products and portfolio initiatives.
  • Work closely with R&D, Consumer Insights, Packaging, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
  • Develop product propositions, claims, packaging and pricing recommendations.
  • Translate consumer and market insight into commercially successful innovation.
  • Drive portfolio optimisation and productivity initiatives.
  • Partner with regional teams to deliver successful launches across multiple markets.
  • Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
