Senior Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover – 11 Month Fixed Term Contract

As Senior Marketing Manager – At Home, you’ll guide one of our key growth engines, embedding the brand across global markets through inspiring toolkits, assets and innovation that elevate At Home coffee moments worldwide. What you’ll do
Being a Senior Marketing Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
- Leading the Global At Home brand strategy, shaping how consumers experience Costa in their daily home coffee moments across 45+ markets.
- Driving innovation and portfolio development, guiding big‑bet propositions and ensuring global principles are consistently applied.
- Embedding Costa’s brand globally through toolkits, playbooks and assets that elevate and align At Home brand expression.
- Partnering with local markets to support best‑practice execution, packaging rollout and lifestyle photography delivery.
- Owning budget and project delivery, ensuring At Home initiatives land on time, on brand and with impact.

Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Experienced FMCG marketer with proven experience in blue‑chip environments, skilled in portfolio strategy, category thinking and agency partnership management.
- Strategic influencer who can navigate a global matrix, connect the dots across data, and guide senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Strong operator with proven project leadership, the ability to manage complexity, and a bias for action in fast‑moving environments.
- Collaborative leader who balances driving performance with being a supportive team player, comfortable presenting, partnering and leading across markets.
- Global brand builder with international marketing experience, a growth mindset, and a genuine passion for shaping brands and categories.

Location - Where you’ll work
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas. We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
