Senior Global Media Effectiveness Manager – Haleon

About the Role
The Senior Global Media Effectiveness Manager leads and manages media effectiveness initiatives, driving the operational execution and delivery of global media measurement and optimisation strategies. By leveraging analytics, the role will pioneer solutions to complex business challenges, predict outcomes, optimise resources, and provide actionable insights in a digital world.
Reporting into the Senior Global Media Investment & AdTech Director, this position sits within Marketing Excellence’s Global Media team.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the organisation on applying advanced analytics, digital attribution, and new media measurement approaches (e.g., attention tracking and in-market testing) to provide strategic media effectiveness insights and optimise global media planning.
- Represent Haleon in relevant leadership forums, delivering expert guidance on media effectiveness to address critical strategic business questions and inform decision-making.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by driving performance management within Global and Operational Unit Media teams.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key media performance insights and syndicated data from priority markets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights.
- Manage relationships and negotiate budgets with local syndicated data and analytics service vendors, ensuring optimal, cost-effective solutions for Haleon.
- Collaborate with Digital & Technology (D&T), Corporate Business Intelligence (CBIA), and local market reporting teams to:
- Leverage business intelligence systems.
- Champion self-service adoption of media effectiveness insights within the organisation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential:
✔ Significant experience in analytics, specifically within media effectiveness and its application to complex business questions, outcomes prediction, and decision-making. ✔ Strong expertise in digital attribution, in-market testing, and media measurement methodologies. ✔ Proven track record in contributing to team planning, setting priorities, and developing innovative solutions for large-scale media effectiveness challenges in FMCG/CPG environments.
