Senior Global Sales Manager

Cheval Collection is looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Senior Global Sales Manager. This role is responsible for proactively driving sales for two of our stunning luxury serviced accommodation properties in Kensington, Cheval Gloucester Park and Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison, whilst supporting the wider Cheval portfolio.

As a proactive sales professional, you will need proven experience in generating global brand awareness, maximising sales for key properties and driving business across a wider portfolio. This is a diverse role, and experience managing an extensive portfolio of accounts within a luxury hospitality environment together with a good knowledge of the London accommodation market are essential.

As our Senior Global Sales Manager, you will have a natural ability to build strong relationships, interact with and influence others at all levels across the business, identify and convert new business opportunities, and share experiences within the team. Focusing on specific target markets, you will have a broad understanding of all market segments within the business and look for new opportunities within these areas.

You will actively present our portfolio to travel partners across global markets and identify emerging opportunities that could bring new business to our properties. Working with new and existing clients, meeting in person and virtually, you will support the business alongside like-minded sales professionals and revenue specialists to achieve targets, participate at strategy meeting and share progress at business review meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
