Senior Go / Rust Backend Engineers - Outside IR35
Go / Rust Backend Engineers
Outside IR35 | Fully Remote (UK based) | £300-£400/day | Long-Term Contract
About the Role
I'm working on a brand-new opportunity for multiple backend engineers to join a large-scale platform transformation programme.
This is a chance to work on modern, cloud-native software alongside a highly experienced engineering team that embraces AI-assisted software development as part of their day-to-day workflow.
We're looking for scientists with commercial experience in either Go or Rust.
You don't need to be an expert in both languages. If you're a strong Go engineer who's happy picking up Rust, or a Rust engineer interested in working with Go, we'd love to hear from you. The team is focused on hiring talented software engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and are comfortable using AI as part of their workflow.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
