We have an opening for a Senior GPR Technician to join our award-winning team of specialist Geospatial specialists, regarded as the best at what we do in the industry.

As a Senior GPR Technician at Macleod Simmonds you will work with the latest Ground Probing Radar technology, alongside our own innovative methodologies, and on some of the highest profile infrastructure projects in the UK.

Extensive experience in office and onsite is essential for this role which incorporates highways, structural and utility related projects, with a key objective of ensuring deliverables are accurate and perfectly executed.

With an ever-growing list of prestigious clients, we’re looking for ambitious candidates who enjoy managing a team to deliver often highly complex projects.

  • A basic salary of £37,000 – £45,000

About The Role

This is a full-time role contracted around the core hours of 8.30am – 5pm from our head office near Woking, Surrey

We value work-life balance and can accommodate partial remote working.

This role will involve attending sites and collecting GPR data in and around the UK; however, a major part of this position will be office based.

About You

You should apply for this role if you:

  • Have extensive experience with IDS, GSSI, Kontur or Proceq GPR systems
  • Are interested in innovating new technologies for GPR mapping
  • Value integrity and accuracy of deliverables
