We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative designer who can take a brief, think beyond the obvious, and create impactful visual solutions that bring campaigns, propositions and brand experiences to life.
Working across Evri, Evri Premium and other Group brands, you'll create compelling creative across digital, print, presentations and customer touchpoints, helping shape how our brands are experienced by customers, clients and colleagues.

You’ll create high-quality creative work across a variety of channels, helping to elevate our brands and improve how we communicate with customers, clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Create engaging campaign and marketing assets across digital, print and presentation channels
- Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for senior stakeholders and client audiences
- Transform complex business challenges into clear, compelling and commercially effective creative solutions
- Support the development and evolution of multiple Group brands and brand guidelines
- Create assets for customer communications, recruitment marketing, digital campaigns, events and business initiatives
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Communications, Commercial and wider business teams to bring ideas to life
- Explore and embrace AI-enabled creative tools and emerging design technologies
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in a Graphic Design role within a fast-paced agency, in-house or multidisciplinary environment
- An impressive portfolio showcasing campaign, brand and presentation design work
- Advanced Adobe InDesign and Illustrator skills with knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong PowerPoint design and presentation storytelling capability
- Ability to build digital adverts in HTML5
- A passion for innovation, generating new ideas and exploring new ways of working
- Excellent layout, typography and visual communication skills
- Experience delivering creative across both digital and print channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passion for creativity, innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using AI creative tools and workflows advantageous
- Strong literacy skills
- Motion graphics or animation experience beneficial
