About the Role
We are seeking a heavy-hitting creative with senior-level experience who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact from day one. While your title will be Graphic Designer, this position demands a seasoned expert who feels entirely confident leading complex multi-platform projects, making high-level creative decisions, and delivering world-class design with minimal direction.

- Proven Seniority: Extensive, verifiable experience (typically 8+ years) working as a Senior Designer, Art Director, or Creative Lead within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Elite Portfolio: A diverse portfolio displaying masterful design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition) across corporate reports, high-impact campaigns, identity work, and premium brand collateral.
- Digital & Motion Fluency: Strong familiarity with digital-first environments; experience or a highly literate understanding of motion graphics, video storytelling, and interactive layout/UX awareness.
- Advanced Toolkit: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) and collaborative digital spaces like Figma or Framer.
- AI Tooling Competency: Hands-on experience with modern generative AI design and visual tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms) with a clear philosophy on how to apply them ethically and efficiently.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas to senior leadership and articulate the "why" behind creative choices.
