About the Role
Our in-house Creative team is the engine behind how our brand looks, feels and connects with customers and it’s central to how we show up across every touchpoint. We create standout work across digital and print, supporting key commercial priorities and bringing new launches to life with strong, on-brand campaigns. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment working across a variety of creative outputs, from product launches and campaign rollouts to packaging and social. You’ll collaborate closely with the NPD, Studio, Social, Influencer, Trade, and Buying teams to bring the brand to life across static, animated, and printed formats.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Print
- Lead the design and development of BEAUTY BAY own-brand packaging, from initial concept through to print-ready artwork, across primary and secondary packaging.
- Create design systems that work across ranges, ensuring consistency while keeping packaging fresh, trend-led and commercially relevant.
- Review and feedback on packaging samples, supporting the wider team to maintain quality, colour accuracy and finish.
- Work closely with NPD Team to bring new product concepts to life, balancing creativity with production requirements and timelines.

Digital & Campaign Creative
- Design and deliver creative across site, app, email, paid and organic social, creating engaging, trend-led assets that feel fresh, elevated and commercially impactful across all channels.
- Support the development of campaigns from early concepts and moodboards through to final creative rollouts across multiple channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across channels, helping evolve seasonal style guides, templates and creative toolkits.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Work closely with the Senior Creative & Design Manager and wider Creative Team to interpret briefs, push creative thinking, and deliver high-quality work at speed.
- Confidently present design ideas and rationale to internal stakeholders, taking feedback on board while protecting the quality of the output.
- Support the day-to-day workflow of projects by managing priorities, timelines and handovers efficiently.
- Act as a go-to for best practice across packaging and print, supporting and mentoring more junior team members where needed.

What We Are Looking For
- A degree or similar in Graphic Design (or a related creative field), or equivalent industry experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in a similar role in-house or agency, ideally within beauty, fashion or retail.
- Packaging design experience is essential, with a portfolio showing concept development through to artwork-ready delivery.
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects/motion skills are a strong bonus.
- Confident working across both digital and print, with a strong eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
- Strong understanding of packaging production considerations (finishes, print constraints, artwork setup, file delivery).
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, switch priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative and confident, comfortable owning projects while working closely with others to get the best result.
