The Role This position is based at our HQ in Manchester. We're looking for a highly creative, fashion-focused Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate the visual identity of Club L London. Sitting at the heart of the Creative team, you'll lead the design and execution of campaigns, content, editorial, CRM, social and e-commerce experiences that inspire, engage and convert. From crafting distinctive campaign identities and content concepts to reimagining customer journeys, email experiences and digital touchpoints, you'll play a key role in defining how the brand shows up across every channel and market. Combining exceptional hands-on design with creative leadership, you'll lead a premium, fashion-led aesthetic while ensuring every execution is commercially impactful and aligned with the brand vision. You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, CRM, E-commerce and Creative teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused creative that drives engagement and performance. As a senior member of the team, you'll also play an important role in growing and evolving the design function - mentoring junior designers, refining processes, supporting recruitment and helping build a high-performing creative culture. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Brand Expression Lead the creative development of impactful design across campaigns, content, editorial and customer touchpoints. Create distinctive visual identities for seasonal campaigns, brand moments and content series that bring the Club L London brand to life. Develop and evolve the brand's visual language, ensuring every execution feels premium, fashion-led and culturally relevant. Push creative thinking, exploring unique ideas, trends and design approaches that keep the brand fresh, aspirational and ahead of the game. Campaigns, Content & Digital Experience Lead creative execution across digital, social, CRM, paid media and e-commerce channels. Create compelling content and customer experiences that inspire engagement, drive conversion and deliver commercial impact. Evolve email design, customer journeys and automated flows, transforming everyday communications into elevated brand experiences. Design and oversee digital assets across websites, landing pages and key trading moments, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all markets. Creative Leadership & Team Development Help shape, grow and scale the Graphic Design team, supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development. Mentor and inspire designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture where creativity can thrive. Lead by example with creative excellence, innovation and attention to detail across the team. Creative Operations & Collaboration Own and prioritise design workflows across multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Refine processes and ways of working to support efficient, high-quality creative delivery at scale working with new technology and automation to advance practices. Partner closely with Marketing, Social, CRM, Content, E-commerce and Creative teams to bring ideas to life and deliver cohesive brand experiences. Brand Guardianship & Global Consistency Maintain exceptional creative standards across every channel, market and customer touchpoint. Ensure consistency across international websites and campaigns while adapting creative for local audiences where needed. Continuously raise the quality, impact and effectiveness of creative output as Club L London continues its global growth journey. What We're Looking For A highly creative and passionate designer with a strong portfolio across fashion, lifestyle, luxury or e-commerce brands. Proven experience creating campaign identities, editorial design, CRM experiences and digital-first creative. A strong eye for storytelling, branding and customer experience, with the ability to balance creativity and commercial performance. A confident collaborator and creative leader who can influence, inspire and bring teams together. Passionate about fashion, culture and design, with a desire to continually push creative boundaries. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing creative team. 2 years in a similar role. What's on offer?
