Senior Graphic Designer
Shape the Visual Identity of a Leading Luxury Brand
An established premium lifestyle brand is seeking a highly talented, motivated, and creatively driven Senior Graphic Designer to join its in-house Brand Marketing team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced designer to play a pivotal role in evolving a globally recognised brand through compelling visual storytelling, exceptional craftsmanship, and beautifully executed creative work. Working as part of a close-knit creative team, the successful individual will help deliver best-in-class design across every customer touchpoint.

The Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will take ownership of brand design delivery, creating connected visual narratives across multiple platforms and channels.
Reporting from initial concept through to final execution, they will:
- Develop mood boards
- Contribute to campaign art direction
- Produce impactful creative assets that maintain consistency while elevating the overall brand experience

Projects will span a wide variety of outputs, including:
- Campaign creative and art direction
- Print and out-of-home advertising
- Website and digital assets
- Social media content
- Editorial layouts and features
- Event branding and environmental graphics
- Product packaging
- Point-of-sale and retail collateral
- Brochures and printed materials
- Presentations and pitch decks
- Invitations and branded merchandise
- Window displays and in-store graphics
- Brand stationery and supporting collateral
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure creative consistency across all channels while helping to evolve and uphold brand guidelines across the wider business.
The Person
The ideal candidate is a naturally creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and a portfolio that demonstrates:
- Both conceptual strength and exceptional execution (with a premium/luxury sensibility)
- Strong design instincts combined with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining highest creative standards
Key attributes include: ✔ Proven experience delivering high-quality creative work across both print and digital channels ✔ Strong art direction and conceptual development skills ✔ Outstanding attention to detail, with expertise in artwork preparation and print production ✔ Ability to communicate ideas visually through compelling narratives and imagery ✔ Strong organisational and project management skills ✔ Collaborative approach, with experience mentoring or supporting other creatives ✔ Solid understanding of colour, materials, and premium print finishes ✔ Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Keynote) ✔ Previous experience working within a luxury or premium brand environment ✔ A design-related qualification with a minimum of five years’ experience (either in-house or agency side)

Working Environment
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Flexibility: Hybrid working model (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
- A collaborative in-house creative team within a wider marketing function
