About The Role
As a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer you will concept, craft and create exceptional visual design work that can be delivered across omni-channel customer touchpoints, from campaigns, to social, digital and packaging. Under the direction of the Graphic Design Manager or Senior Lead, this role will be responsible for concepting and crafting exceptional visual design and creative work.
Expected salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.
Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract.
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Graphic Design team aims for around 3 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role.

An initial shortlist will be invited to a virtual Portfolio review which will be held wc/ 27th August 2026. A final shortlist will then be invited to attend a formal interview where you will be required to present a small project that will be provided to you in advance. INTERVIEWS WILL BE HELD IN PERSON AT OUR HEAD OFFICE IN PIMLICO W/C 10TH AUGUST 2027

By demonstrating high levels of taste, an excellent understanding of brand design guidelines and creative strategy you will be able to develop creative work that is on brand, in line with guidelines and be able to articulate our standards across the business and 3rd parties.
This position will be expected to present conceptual ideas and creative work to the Graphic Design Manager, Senior Leads and relevant stakeholders, with the ability to respond to constructive feedback and further develop ideas for approval.
Essential Skills/experience You’ll Need
- Extensive experience as a Mid-Senior Creative
- Skilled across key design applications in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Understanding of brand and creative strategy
- Exceptional typographic, layout, composition and colour skills
- Experience working within or for fashion, home and lifestyle industries
- High taste levels and well versed in the latest creative trends
- Experience of motion design
- Design for social
Desirable Skills/experience You May Have
- Experience of evolving generative creative technology
- 3D and/or illustrative skills
