Senior Graphic Designer

Hybrid – Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience
1 day per week in the Henley office, with the remainder working remotely

We are working with a fast-growing group of ecommerce brands that are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to take creative ownership across their portfolio.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded designer who enjoys variety, autonomy and working across multiple brands and product categories.

You will work closely with the business owners and have genuine influence over how each brand looks, feels and develops. From Amazon listing imagery and packaging through to brand identity, advertising creative, social content and email design, no two days will look the same.

The role will involve:

  • Designing and optimising high-quality product imagery, infographics and visual assets for Amazon listings.
  • Creating packaging and product design assets from initial concept through to print-ready artwork.
  • Developing and evolving brand identities across multiple ecommerce businesses.
  • Producing creative for paid advertising, social media, email campaigns and wider marketing channels.
  • Translating commercial ideas, product benefits and customer insights into clear, engaging and conversion-focused design.
  • Managing multiple projects and competing priorities across five different brands.
  • Working independently from brief through to final delivery, with minimal oversight.
  • Helping to establish and maintain clear visual guidelines for each brand.
  • Reviewing and improving existing creative to strengthen consistency, quality and commercial performance.
  • Using AI tools to support idea generation, concept development and creative efficiency.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least five years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within ecommerce, retail, consumer products or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A strong and varied portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital design, brand identity, product imagery and packaging.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Advanced image-editing and retouching skills, with the ability to create polished and commercially effective product visuals.
  • Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Experience creating compelling infographics and communicating product features clearly through design.
  • A strong understanding of branding, with the ability to create distinctive identities while maintaining consistency across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience taking packaging projects from initial concept through to final artwork and print production.
  • A good understanding of designing for digital marketing channels, including paid social, display advertising, email and ecommerce.
  • A commercially minded approach to design, with an understanding that creative should not only look strong but also support engagement, conversion and sales.
  • The ability to interpret broad ideas and turn them into clear, high-quality creative without needing highly detailed briefs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to quality-check your own work before delivery.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
  • The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and bring your own creative thinking to the table.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and make decisions without constant direction.
  • The adaptability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • A genuine interest in using AI tools to enhance creativity, test concepts and streamline parts of the design process.

Experience designing for Amazon listings, ecommerce brands or consumer products would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content, marketplace imagery or conversion-focused product creative would be a real advantage.

Copywriting ability, particularly for product listings, advertising or short-form ecommerce content, would also be beneficial but is not essential.

You must be able to commute to the Henley-on-Thames office one day per week.
