Join our Epsom RDA team and help our ponies make a difference.
We're looking for calm, kind and confident Senior Grooms to share the care of our wonderful horses and ponies who help more than 200 participants enjoy riding and equine therapy 7 days a week.

Epsom Riding for the Disabled, Epsom, Surrey
Epsom RDA is a small charity, run mostly by volunteers, funded solely by donations and our fundraising.

When?
16-20 hours per person, typically 9am-1pm, across a planned job share covering 7 days a week
Pay?
£14 per hour - employed basis with annual leave.
We'll plan days in advance, with some flexibility around the needs of the herd. Weekend-only working may be possible too.
What’s involved?
You’ll be keeping our horses and ponies happy, healthy and ready for the RDA sessions.
You might be just right for us if you are:
- Friendly, reliable and confident around people
- Experienced with horses, with at least 2 years yard experience
- BHS Stage 2 qualified, or working towards it
- Happy clipping, lunging, administering medication and supporting vet and farrier visits
- Organised, practical and able to manage your own workload
- A team player who can support volunteers and help with yard and grazing management
- Comfortable using basic IT
- A full driving licence holder
