You’ll receive hands-on training and experience to build a rewarding career in construction, working on projects that span the entire contract lifecycle—from pre-contract Estimating and Design, through to mobilisation, site works, and contract completion.
The Role
Come and join a busy and successful estimating team and be involved in a range of projects across the UK. We are looking for a highly motivated Ground Investigation Estimator who can work both independently and within a team to support our Preconstruction activities, by ensuring timely return of competitive tender bids to our clients and assisting them to add value to their projects.
The candidate will build and maintain network with clients, subcontractors and contacts to allow a pipeline of achievable and profitable work to be secured for the company.

What We’re Looking For
- Accurately assimilate large volumes of information in a short period of time
- Eye for detail
- Self-motivated with experience of working in a high-demand role and working to deadlines
- Background within the site investigation industry is essential
- Experience of the differing contract conditions used within the industry is beneficial
- Experienced user of Microsoft packages
- Full UK Driving License Required
The position is based from our regional office in Leeds. We offer hybrid working, a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.
