Senior Group Finance Manager

We are currently working with a Plymouth based client, who due to continued growth and expansion, are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Group Finance Manager to join their team. This pivotal role will oversee financial reporting, strategic planning, and commercial analysis across multiple business channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Oversee cashflow forecasting and financial planning
- Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide commercial insights
- Drive process improvement and automation within the Finance function
- Conduct margin and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Provide financial modelling and sensitivity analysis on new initiatives and business scenarios

Candidate Profile
- Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial finance background
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
