Senior Group Reporting Manager | Multi Billion Turnover | Listed Group |

£120,000-£140,000 + Competitive package

The Opportunity

Our client is a multi billion turnover, listed international group with operations spanning multiple continents and jurisdictions. As the business continues to grow through both organic expansion and acquisition, they are seeking a Senior Group Reporting Manager to join the international finance function. This is a genuinely international role, sitting at the heart of the group's reporting and consolidation process, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a complex, multicultural and fast moving environment, and who is looking for a role that offers genuine long term career progression within a business of real scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the group consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact between group finance and finance teams across multiple regions, building strong and trusted working relationships.
  • Work closely with finance teams in different countries, navigating varying local requirements, regulations and jurisdictional nuances.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, including divisional finance leaders and members of the group finance leadership team.
  • Support the production of board level and external reporting materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a range of audiences.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of group reporting processes as the business scales and integrates new acquisitions.
  • Support the ongoing transformation of finance systems and processes, contributing ideas and driving improvements to reporting efficiency and quality.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in HQ or group reporting, ideally within a large, complex, multi entity organisation.
  • A track record of managing relationships across a multicultural environment, with genuine cultural sensitivity and an ability to adapt style according to audience.
  • A real interest in systems and process improvement, with experience of working within a transformational finance environment.
  • Confidence navigating the challenges of multiple jurisdictions, including differing regulatory, tax and reporting requirements.
  • Experience gained within an organisation of similar size, scale and complexity, so that this move represents a natural step rather than an overly ambitious stretch.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across a wide range of relationships, from divisional finance teams through to senior leadership.
  • Ambition and potential for upward mobility, with a genuine desire to build a long term career within the group.
  • Qualified Accountant in a big 4 practice is desirable
