We’re looking for a Senior Group Sales Manager to drive group business across three of our London Lifestyle Hotels.

This is a pivotal, senior commercial role for a relationship-led, commercially sharp sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced lifestyle hospitality environment and knows how to win, grow, and retain high-value group business.

The Role

Working closely with the Director of Sales, you will own and shape the Group Sales strategy for our London lifestyle cluster, with a strong focus on corporate, MICE, and creative-led group segments. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-producing accounts while proactively developing new business across domestic and international feeder markets.

From prospecting to post-stay follow-up, you’ll oversee the full group sales lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, elevated experience that reflects the DNA of our lifestyle brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving group room revenue and ADR across the London cluster Developing and executing a clear, focused Groups sales strategy Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value corporate and leisure group accounts Proactively sourcing, negotiating, and converting complex group enquiries Building strong partnerships with agencies, TMCs, DMCs, production companies, and corporate bookers Representing the hotels at client events, site inspections, FAM trips, and industry functions Collaborating closely with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations to maximise performance Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities

About You

Proven success in Group Sales within hotels, ideally lifestyle or premium brands Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth and account retention Confident relationship builder with excellent negotiation and presentation skills Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing complex pipelines Strong knowledge of corporate, creative, agency, fashion, or luxury leisure segments
