Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager

As our Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager, you will lead FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy, helping drive profitable growth across the UK, US and European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering growth across paid, organic and partnership channels, leading a high-performing team and working closely with agency and technology partners to maximise performance and identify new opportunities. You will balance long-term growth planning with day-to-day performance leadership, ensuring we continue to acquire high-quality customers efficiently while building the capabilities needed for future growth. Success in this role comes from building strong partnerships, developing people and making smart commercial decisions.

We're looking for someone who is curious about what's next. Someone who keeps a close eye on how customers discover and engage with brands, enjoys testing new ideas, and can help us spot opportunities early. Whether that's changes in search, new technologies, evolving partnerships or emerging channels, you'll play an important role in helping shape the future of customer acquisition at FitFlop.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition Strategy & Growth Own FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels. Deliver profitable growth against acquisition, revenue and customer targets. Lead investment decisions, forecasting and budget allocation across markets and channels. Identify opportunities to drive growth through new channels, technologies, partnerships and customer behaviours. Ensure acquisition activity supports wider business, customer and brand objectives.

Agency & Partner Leadership Lead relationships with agency, affiliate, creator and technology partners, ensuring strong performance, innovation and accountability. Challenge and support partners to continuously improve results and identify new opportunities. Build effective ways of working and clear performance expectations across all external partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
