About rev.space
rev.space helps B2B technology companies accelerate growth through account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, sales enablement and revenue operations.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, helping them execute marketing programmes that generate measurable commercial impact. Our clients are primarily US-based technology businesses with complex sales cycles and ambitious growth goals.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Growth Consultant to become embedded within one of our client accounts and help deliver marketing programmes that support growth, engagement and pipeline generation.
The Role
You will work closely with a single client, becoming an extension of their marketing team and supporting the delivery of a broad range of marketing activities.
This is a highly hands-on role combining marketing execution, campaign management, content creation and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns, creating marketing assets, managing content and social activity, and ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
You’ll work alongside the rev.space leadership team and client consultants, who will provide strategic direction, ABM guidance and programme planning. Your role will be to help bring those plans to life through excellent execution, commercial thinking and proactive client support.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery, contributing ideas, building strong client relationships and helping organisations achieve measurable growth.
You’ll typically work with one primary client at a time, becoming an embedded member of their marketing team. Client assignments are expected to evolve approximately every 12 months, providing exposure to different businesses, industries and growth challenges.
As you’ll be embedded within a US-based client’s team, you’ll need to be available across five working days each week and maintain regular overlap with US business hours. While this role is approximately 25 hours per week, working hours will be structured to support ongoing collaboration with US stakeholders and attendance at client meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
