Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own lifecycle strategy for international consumer engagement: identify, size, and prioritise opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, design, data science, and creative partners to build personalised, compelling customer journeys.
  • Define and execute contact strategy through automated and triggered journeys across key channels (e.g. email, push, in-app surfaces where available), coordinating localisation and approvals across markets as needed.
  • Use segmentation and performance analysis to generate data-driven hypotheses; design and implement A/B tests, applying statistical fundamentals (e.g. sample size, significance) to evaluate results.
  • Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline, partnering with creative and channel teams to apply experimentation insights and continuously improve execution quality.
  • Establish performance reporting to track campaign effectiveness over time and inform prioritisation and roadmap planning.
  • Partner with data science and analytics to define success metrics, validate audience logic, and improve tracking/instrumentation where needed.
  • Maintain operational rigour (e.g. QA, governance, documentation, and messaging guardrails) to support scalable, compliant communications.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth engagement marketing, or marketing automation, ideally in consumer financial services or another regulated, data-driven consumer environment.
  • Hands-on experience building segmentation, personalisation, and automated journeys using lifecycle marketing / marketing automation tooling (tool-agnostic; comfort ramping on new internal tools is key).
  • Strong experimentation and measurement discipline, including hypothesis development, test design (e.g. A/B testing methodologies), and translating results into iteration.
  • Analytical fluency across tools such as Excel, relational databases, and dashboards/reporting.
  • Experience developing marketing strategy — opportunity assessment, customer segmentation, message testing — across multiple markets, including localisation workflows and market-by-market rollout constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally through influence at a senior level, aligning partners across product marketing, product, creative, and legal/compliance.
  • A track record of meeting engagement KPIs with the curiosity, drive, and creativity to execute and iterate in a setting with shifting product requirements; excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compliant customer messaging.
