Senior Growth Engineer

Senior Growth Engineer – Ā£75,000 - Ā£95,000 (Electric Staff)

About the Role

Department: Engineering Location: Hybrid with office presence at London Bridge, London, UK Equity: Generous EMI share offering Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays

Lottie’s marketplace connects millions of families with trusted care. This role is for a Senior Growth Engineer to own the full experiment loop (from hypothesis to results), working in a lean, high-velocity marketplaces team.

You will:

  • Partner with PMs, designers, and stakeholders to run precise growth experiments
  • Build lightweight tools enabling rapid iteration
  • Close the gap between families visiting the site and securing care
  • Optimise advert performance through custom pipelines and analytics

Key traits:

  • 5+ years of engineering experience (front-end tending, full-stack capability)
  • Habit of creating experiments and articulating clear impact
  • Willingness to embrace experimental, incremental work over polished builds
  • Low-dependency, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Data-backed decision-making

Responsibilities

• End-to-end experiment ownership

  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests
  • Close the loop between research and conversion tools
  • Refine Google Ads campaigns based on signal from experimentation • Conversion-focused implementation
  • Add rapid-fire conversions tests/host experiments • Write front-end code under time pressure • Optimise paths for clear result delivery at scale • Google Ads optimisation
  • Build systems feeding outcome data back to Google
  • Automate critical ad campaign components
  • Drive efficiency in spend without compromising quantity • Pipeline engineering
  • Build pipeline for test execution/results
  • Run at velocity and iterate based on live usage
