Backed by significant institutional funding from major global renewable energy investors and leading banking partners, they are driving rapid expansion across the UK to support the net-zero transition.

Their core focus is on delivering accessible, highly reliable infrastructure located strategically at high-demand hubs, key transit routes, and destination sites. The business places strong emphasis on end-user experience, community engagement, and brand loyalty, aiming to build the UK’s primary infrastructure network of choice.

  • Incremental Revenue & Product Innovation: Leading new product development (NPD), building commercial business cases, and launching strategic initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Insights, and Operations teams.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Expanding reach and discoverability through high-value national partnerships (e.g., commercial fleets, original equipment manufacturers, technology providers, and asset operators).
  • Asset Optimization: Developing strategies to maximize utilization and revenue across existing sites while optimizing underperforming locations.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyzing trends in adjacent sectors and global energy infrastructure markets to drive innovative revenue models and margin expansion.
  • Commercial Agility: Balancing long-term strategic growth with short-term, test-and-learn tactical execution.
  • Target Achievement: Working cross-functionally with data, marketing, and commercial teams to meet macro-level utilization targets and drive gross margin performance.
  • Pricing Strategy: Acting as a key voice on the Pricing Committee to optimize promotional strategies, yield management, and price positioning.
  • Inorganic Growth & M&A: Assisting with special strategic projects, including inorganic opportunities and corporate M&A.
  • Commercial Bid Support: Supporting the business development and acquisitions teams on major commercial tenders and high-value strategic deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
