About the Role:
As a Senior Growth Manager, UK on Reddit's International Community team, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for deepening Reddit's presence in the market. This is not a marketing role. Rather, you will drive user and ecosystem growth by building and scaling communities, executing local growth initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and leading initiatives that strengthen Reddit's local ecosystem and user experience.
This role combines strategic planning, growth-focused execution, cross-functional influence, market ownership, and community development. In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping Reddit's presence and success in the market, driving user and ecosystem growth at scale while strengthening engagement across local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- User & Community Growth Strategies: Establish and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the user base and nurture local communities.
- Growth Operations: Design, launch, and scale local growth programs aimed at strengthening Reddit's ecosystem of users, communities, and contributors. Apply a creative, entrepreneurial approach by continuously testing and evaluating new ideas to reach your objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the local go-to person for providing market insights and local input to cross-functional teams, including Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing. Coordinate the execution of market-specific initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Country Data Ownership: Monitor key country health KPIs and alert the appropriate teams in the event of significant changes (e.g., DAU, Contributions). Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordingly.
- Local representation: Serve as a local spokesperson for Reddit, building influential relationships and partnerships both on and off the platform to reach and attract new audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
