The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to own strategic growth initiatives for a fragmented portfolio of ambitious e-commerce brands. This role focuses on:
- Shaping commercial direction
- Driving high-performance execution across paid media & creative
- Acting as a trusted client advisor, identifying opportunities and scaling profitable growth via data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of core e-commerce growth levers: offer, conversion, paid acquisition, budget allocation, and creative performance.
- Diagnose issues quickly via performance data, then confidently present commercial solutions clients immediately accept.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers and Growth Executives to turn strategies into results.
- Act as a clear and influential leader, simplifying priorities and driving momentum.

Your Impact
Strategic & Commercial
- Own global/portfolio-wide growth strategy for e-commerce brands.
- Build and execute growth roadmaps tied to revenue, acquisition, and profitability targets.
- Actively diagnose opportunities & bottlenecks in:
- Offer strategy
- Conversion tacticians
- Creative performance
- Budget allocation
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Media Buy Teams and Creative Directors to ensure strategy → execution.
- Lead decisive client conversations around growth strategies and budgeting.
- Deliver actionable, commercially sound recommendations clients trust.
Data & AI-Driven Execution
- Leverage platforms like Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, Meta & Google Ads to monitor performance.
- Continuously optimise creative, audience targeting, and conversion strategies.
- Use AI daily to accelerate insight-gathering, reduce time-to-insight, and improve decision velocity.
Long-Term Impact
- Cement agency as thought leaders in growth strategy and industry best practices.
Requirements
Growth Strategy & Intelligence
- Comprehensive roadmapping: Use data to construct strategies that outperform benchmarks.
- Proven Botleneck Identification:
- Conversion friction analysis
- Paid acquisition leaks
- Retention gaps
- Forecast & Growth Modelling:
- Quantitative projections (KPIs: ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV)
- Scenario and "what-if" validation
- Client Collaboration: Translate insights into commercially urgent investments.
Execution Defiance
- Strategic Delivery:
- Convert campaigns into execution
- Align creative and media strategies.
- Client Leadership:
- Advisor → Commercial Multiplier for brands.
- Sell growth ideas via storytelling + data.

Technical Fluency
- Familiarity:

- Meta Advance+ Google Ads.
- Execute A/B tests at scale.

Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in paid media growth strategy (Meta/Google dominant).
- Track record of developing offer creativity tied to LTV strategies.
- Strong facilitation skills — able to ** noinfluence non-technical clients**.
