Senior GTM Engineer & Global Strategy
Trackunit is a fast-growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating from offices around the world. We specialize in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems across the global construction industry. Construction remains one of the least digitalized industries, resulting in significant productivity challenges despite growing global demand. At Trackunit, we're transforming the industry through data, connectivity, automation, and intelligent technology that help our customers work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.
We are looking for a Senior GTM Engineer & Global Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this strategic role combines long-term planning with operational execution, serving as a key partner to GTM leadership. The successful candidate will drive the evolution of our GTM operating model by building scalable systems, optimizing processes, strengthening data governance, and leveraging AI-enabled automation to accelerate revenue growth, improve team productivity, and enhance customer outcomes globally.
With team members and offices located across North America and Europe, we offer a flexible work environment with the option to work from one of our offices or remotely. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
What’s in it for you?
A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees. International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders. We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy. Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work. Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
