The Role:

Are you a high-octane marketing leader ready to orchestrate the commercial and promotional strategy for the world’s most innovative racing series? We are looking for a Senior Race GTM Manager to join the Formula E team. In this critical leadership role, you will be the strategic mastermind behind our EMEA market while serving as the global anchor for our regional Go-To-Market teams, ensuring a unified, powerhouse approach to how our brand shows up in every market.

Operating at the exact intersection of smart data and creative execution, you will own the regional GTM strategy to drive ticket sales through full-funnel, audience-led campaigns. You will balance global team mentorship with hands-on campaign execution, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover growth levers while leading cross-functional teams to ensure that from the first race to the season finale, Formula E creates noise, converts audiences and delivers massive commercial growth.

Global Leadership & Regional Ownership:

  • You act as the strategic lead for the global Race GTM team, directly mentoring and directing the Americas and APAC GTM Managers toward common revenue goals.
  • Simultaneously, you maintain absolute ownership of the central EMEA go-to-market plan that aligns every department on regional marketing strategy, audience priorities and ticket sales targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
