About HirePunk: HirePunk is an AI-native recruitment startup helping ambitious businesses hire exceptional marketing talent, end to end.
We combine experienced recruiters, marketing operators, proprietary candidate data, and AI-powered sourcing technology to run the entire recruitment process—from defining what great looks like and mapping the market to qualifying candidates and delivering a shortlist ready to interview.
We’re building a future where recruitment is no longer defined by slow processes, endless LinkedIn scrolling, and stacks of irrelevant CVs. Instead, companies receive faster searches, deeper candidate qualification, and a more reliable path to making great hires.
We’re an ambitious, high-ownership team that values speed, resourcefulness, commercial thinking, and exceptional execution. We’re still early, which means every person who joins has a meaningful opportunity to shape how HirePunk operates and grows.
About the Role
HirePunk is growing and looking for highly capable recruiters to help us build an exceptional recruitment operation.
As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of searches from the initial client briefing through to offer acceptance. You’ll partner closely with founders and hiring leaders, build targeted sourcing strategies, qualify candidates deeply, and ensure every shortlist meets a genuinely high hiring bar.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
