About The Role
As a Sr. GTM Recruiter based in our London office, you’ll partner with Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Marketing leadership to source, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent for one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.
This is a pivotally important role to fuel our aggressive growth as we scale fast in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire recruiting cycle—from sourcing to closing—for IC and leadership roles in Solutions Engineering, Channel, and Marketing.
- Strategically and creatively source passive candidates to build our talent pipeline.
- Partner with GTM teams to generate high-quality candidate referrals.
- Develop deep relationships with leadership to influence hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Deliver compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada’s mission, culture, and growth potential across GTM teams.
- Provide a seamless, premium candidate experience while serving as a trusted business partner to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with your Recruiting Coordinator (RC).
- Maintain detailed candidate records in Greenhouse.
- Plan and execute sales recruiting events at offices and conventions (travel obligatory across EMEA).

What You Bring
Success in this role requires:
Experience & Skills:
- 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or internal).
- Direct GTM recruiting experience in Solutions Engineering, Channel & Marketing.
- Strong influence and collaboration skills to align recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments (think: startup hypergrowth).
- Expertise in managing competing priorities while maintaining flawless execution.
- Laser focus on excellence—aggressive hiring KPIs and a relentless “win” mentality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills to articulate Verkada’s value proposition.
