Exceptional Senior Staff Nurse - Dialysis Clinic (Farnborough, Hampshire)

Working with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, this exciting position is based in a state:of:the:art dialysis clinic near Farnborough, Hampshire.

About the Clinic

Delivering the highest standard of care, the clinic utilises the most advanced technology and equipment to provide exceptional dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised care with a strong patient-focused approach
  • Mentor and support team members across the ward
  • Ensure safe haemodialysis treatment strictly adhering to patient prescriptions
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external organisations, and hospital trusts
  • Lead shifts and manage nursing duties effectively
  • Maintain exceptional communication with patients, carers, and service providers
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies, assisting with implementation and reviews
  • Continuously enhance professional knowledge to improve renal patient care
  • Support evidence-based practice, contributing to research and care improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Current registration as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC PIN
  • A commitment to delivering high-standard nursing care in dialysis settings

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: GBP 39,000 – 40,000 per annum (DOE, permanent) for a full-time daytime shift pattern (Mon–Sat)
  • Location Allowance: GBP 4,500
  • 35 days paid leave per annum (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible working timings
