Senior Haemodialysis Nurse
Senior Staff Nurse – Dialysis Clinic (Paramount / Bilston, Wolverhampton)
One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers has a fantastic opportunity for a committed Senior Staff Nurse to join their state-of-the-art dialysis clinic in Bilston, Wolverhampton.
The clinic delivers highly skilled, patient-centred care using the latest technology and equipment.
Role Overview
To succeed in this role, you must be a:
- Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Staff Nurse, your duties will include:
- Delivering high-standard, individualised care with a strong patient focus.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff members.
- Providing safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with patient prescriptions.
- Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, external partners, and neighbouring hospital trusts.
- Leading shifts and maintaining team cohesion.
- Ensuring excellent communication with patients, service users, and providers at all times.
- Following company policies and guidelines, while contributing to their review and implementation.
- Continuously developing renal nursing expertise to improve patient outcomes.
- Promoting evidence-based practice and supporting clinical evaluations for better care.

Preferred Skills & Experience
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- Previous renal nursing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary & Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position, paid GBP37,750 – GBP39,500 per annum (DOE).
Success package includes:
- 35 days paid leave (including bank holidays).
- Monday–Saturday daytime shifts (flexible timings available).
- Additional generous benefits and opportunities for professional development.
