Role Description
The Senior Hair Stylist role is a part-time, on-site position based in Wolverhampton. The Senior Hair Stylist will perform advanced cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care services, ensuring high-quality results tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities include:

The role involves mentoring junior stylists, supporting day-to-day salon operations, and contributing to a positive, professional atmosphere that encourages client retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including advanced cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.
- Professional Cosmetology training or certification, with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Clear and respectful Communication skills, including the ability to consult, advise, and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead stylist role in a salon environment.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and compliance with local salon regulations.
- Willingness to stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing learning.
