Senior Hardware Engineer
This Senior Hardware Engineer role offers a strong mix of digital hardware and embedded software work, giving you exposure across multiple engineering disciplines. Depending on your expertise, you could also be involved in high-speed design, RF, or VHDL/FPGA development.
One of the key selling points of this role is the variety it offers, you won't be pigeonholed into working within a single niche area of technology.
The company operates a hybrid working model. Once established in the role, you can work from home two days per week.

Senior Hardware Engineer – Required Skills
- Strong experience in electronic hardware design
- PCB design and layout, including multilayer boards
- Embedded C programming
- Hardware testing and verification experience
- Experience using CAD tools for circuit design
- Basic VHDL knowledge
Senior Hardware Engineer – Desirable Skills
- FPGA experience
- RF experience
- MATLAB or scripting experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Altium or OrCAD
Position: Senior Hardware Engineer
Location: Potters Bar (Hertfordshire/North London)
Salary: £50-60k + benefits
Key skills: Hardware Design, PCB, Signal Integrity, VHDL
Desirable skills: FPGA, RF, MATLAB
