Senior Head of Marketing

Senior Head of Marketing – Real Estate & Property

Location: London | Office-based (5 days a week)

We’re partnering with a leading property business on an ambitious transformation journey, deepening its focus on marketing, communications, and brand strategy. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Director, this commercially driven leadership role demands strategic vision, cross-functional execution, and long-term growth orientation—with real scalable progression.

About the Role

The Senior Head of Marketing will lead an established, high-performing team while delivering an integrated marketing strategy that fuels commercial growth, elevates brand credibility, and deepens customer engagement. Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing multi-channel campaigns (digital, brand, CRM, PR, public affairs) with commercial ROI in mind.
  • Mentoring and developing a professional, high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Managing agency partnerships and operationalising a marketing financial strategy for optimal returns.
  • Benchmarking performance, reporting ROI at all stages, and continuously refining strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
