Salary: Circa £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a high-profile corporate workplace in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established Health & Safety team supporting a diverse range of Facilities Management services within a prestigious corporate environment. Working across Technical Services, Catering, Cleaning and Workplace Services, you'll play a key role in driving a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture while partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders.

The Role
As Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will provide professional Health & Safety guidance and support across a busy, multi-service operation, helping to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing expert Health & Safety advice to operational teams and managers.
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Supporting accident and incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Delivering Health & Safety training and promoting a proactive safety culture.
- Assisting with risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Supporting contractor management and change control processes.
- Producing reports and monitoring Health & Safety performance.
- Supporting environmental initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.
- Championing a positive culture of health, safety and wellbeing.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential).
- IOSH Membership or be working towards professional membership.
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within Facilities Management, corporate environments or multi-service operations.
- A strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice.
- Experience carrying out audits, inspections and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to influence and engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong report writing, organisational and IT skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
