We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London, Chichester, or Birmingham offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with an impressive client portfolio, become part of a truly global organization that prioritizes your career development and growth, and you will also be part of a collaborative culture, joining a fantastic team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and support each other in achieving success.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
  • Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and to expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business. To work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans

What you need to have:

  • In-depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential
  • Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
  • Consulting and relationship management skills
  • Technical, product, and process knowledge
  • Inter-personal, communication, and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
