Senior Health and Safety Advisor
Demolition & Cut and Carve
Site-based in Central London
Full-Time - September start
Up to £60k plus travel
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support a leading demolition contractor on a major project in Central London. This is a hands-on, site-based position, spending 5 days per week on-site, ensuring teams work safely and consistently to the highest standards.
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their H&S career, joining a high-performing team within a dynamic, high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily H&S inspections across demolition and groundworks sites.
- Review and help develop RAMS, toolbox talks, and safe systems of work.
- Provide practical, on-site advice to site managers, supervisors, and operatives.
- Support investigations for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Deliver safety briefings and training sessions when required.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation including CDM Regulations.
- Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture across all projects.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum) or equivalent.
- Experience in construction required; experience in demolition or concrete frame.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Confident in working in a highly operational, site-based role 5 days a week.
