We are looking for 2 Site HSE Advisors for a 12-month contract based in the North West of England, outside IR35. In this role, you will report to the Field HSE Manager and be integral to the development, management, and enhancement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases of EPIC Projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training.
  • Conducting inspections, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring equipment compliance.
  • Managing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices.
  • Overseeing Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls.
  • Reporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting investigations.
  • Promoting environmental compliance and sustainability on site.
