Senior Health Safety Environment Advisor
Location: London
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Strong benefits + lodging available if required
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.
Working closely with the project leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving Health, Safety & Wellbeing performance, supporting operational teams and promoting a positive safety culture across a major construction project. You'll also benefit from strong support and mentorship from an experienced on-site HSE team, providing an excellent environment for continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support HSE performance across a major infrastructure project.
- Carry out site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
- Advise project teams and subcontractors on HSE best practice and compliance.
- Lead or support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Promote a positive safety culture through coaching and engagement.
- Monitor HSE performance and support continuous improvement.

Requirements
The Senior Health & Safety Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or major construction.
- Strong auditing and incident investigation experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to influence teams and drive positive behavioural change.
