Overview
We are seeking experienced and highly capable Senior Housekeepers to join a UHNW private household across multiple residences in Chelsea and Belgravia. This is a structured and evolving household environment with high standards, requiring individuals who can operate at a strong professional level.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Maintaining exceptional standards of housekeeping, presentation, garment care, and light service
- Working as part of a coordinated and professional team under the direction of the House Manager
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily housekeeping to an exceptional standard across multiple properties
- Routine and deep cleaning following structured schedules and SOPs
- High-level laundry, pressing, and wardrobe organisation
- Care and correct handling of fine materials, furniture, and finishes
- Informal to semi-formal table service when required
- Maintaining tidy, organised, and visually calm environments
- Working collaboratively with the wider household team
- Adhering to strict confidentiality standards (NDA required)

Structure & Training
- Initial onboarding and training within the main household office
- Rotation across nearby residences once standards are established
- Working within structured team environment under a House Manager
- Following established systems, procedures, and evolving standards
Schedule
- 5 days per week (maximum 45 hours)
- Rotational shifts (early / late) within a staffing window of approximately 7:00am – 10:30pm
- Weekend work required on a rota basis
- Two consecutive days off per week (may fall midweek depending on rota)
- Rotas planned in advance, typically in two-week blocks
- All properties within walking distance; transport provided where required

Requirements
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within UHNW private households (essential)
- Strong housekeeping and garment care skills
- Experience with table service (informal to semi-formal)
- Capable of working within structured teams and following procedures
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
